Troubles with the on-line PDF application form?
Here's what you should expect.

First, your browser will download our PDF application form.
This may take a few moments over dial up.
Once downloaded, the form will open in your web browser using
the Adobe plug-in. You can then type in the required information.
Once ready, clicking on the submitt button will open your default
installed mail program (e.g. Outlook express or Eudora) and
create a new message addressed to us with your completed
application attached to it. That's all there is to it!

Webmail users: Please note that the above will not work if you only
use webmail (e.g. Hotmail). Webmail users must first save the completed
form to their computer then manually e-mail the application to
contact @ laserquest.com
